That duet was a great performance done with true feelings...Both singers radiated their feelings and I really enjoyed the song....

I couldn't disagree more with you. First off I don't think meat loaf sang in tune once. He could be the worst singer on the American Idol stage ever, it's between him and the girl singing the national anthem at last years final, really terrible.
Secondly it was just wierd, he was like a dirty old man trying to get with someone way way to young for him and that he would never ever ever have a chance with, really wierd.
Kat did well, but it didn't do any favors for them both. I really think for Meat Loaf, that this was a career ender for him.

i did'nt much care for it either. and it had nothing to do with kat. meatloaf did'nt sound that good at all. could be that he's been doing that same old routine since 1977 and it's a little tired now!!

I thought the whole Kat/Meatload duet was totally wrong...they are total opposites and I don't think Meatloaf can sing well anymore...just my opinion, though.

I loved Kat, but felt Meatloaf was off, weak in part. I dont know what happened to him , cause he was a great singer! ( more like beauty and the beast)

I think it was a great duet but the best one I think was either Elliott and Mary J Blige or Taylor with Toni Braxton!!!!
