For Ace Haters....

Hi everyone. I know a lot of people dislike Ace. I AM A HUGE ACE LOVER....but I see a lot of people saying that he needs to go home. If you don't like him...please explain to me why. I'm confused. What's the matter with him?

I think people think he's too conceited and relys on his looks but I don think that at all~

people can say they don't like him it's not a crime, as long as they aren't directly bashing him they are free to express their opinions

Why I don't like him well i'm not fond of his singing and thats just bascaly it. I hate the pretty boy image that they are portraying him as. Bascally it comes down to talent and I feel he is talented but less then some others.

Ace seems like a nice person , but vocally his skills are lacking for the competition, he does not have a big range nor a strong voice. His soft style would however fit nicely if he was in a group. he to me as a lead vocalist or solo artist does not have the whole packaged , you need to have an outgoing strong personality to stand out, unfortunately he is being over shadowed by Chris and Taylor. He can't rely on his pretty boy image to carry him through especially at this stage of the competition

Huh? I said I loved Ace. I was just curious why he's disliked (not that I wanted to argue or demand someone to change their mind).

Is it because he looks to into himself? Does he sing to softly? Is it because he's not American Idol material?

I wanted to know if that was any reason why some people are bugged by him. No biggie.

I don't like Ace because he can't sing very well, and he relies on his looks to get him through. Making those moves like showing off his scar? And the story behind the scar isn't even interesting. And another negative (for me) is that he dresses up like a rocker, but sings like a backstreet boy. :P

I'm not a huge fan of his voice, he's really boring, and I don't like his style of music. He's sounds like a nice enough guy though.

I think he's faking his status too. He's dating this co-star on a show he once guest-starred on, and I think he's trying to say he's single to get more votes (like what Kevin admitted, broke up with his girlfriend to get more votes) If more ladies would know he's single, he'd get more votes and more fans. But there was a report that Ace's girlfriend was showing around a picture of him telling her friends that "that guy" (Ace) was her boyfriend, but later denied the claims when strangers came up to her saying that Ace is, infact, not single and is dating her.

ace is ok/he isnt the BEST looking man on idol this year!!!! well he has a good voice but id say 3 more weeks or 2 he will deff goo!!

I feel disappointed in Ace. When I first saw him singing "Father Figure" I thought he might be a contender to win Idol. But for some reason, he just hasn't been putting in very strong performances vocally.

I think to many he comes across as just a pretty boy who is a so-so singer. I personally think he can sing a lot better but ??? for some reason he isn't.

I suspect he is a really wonderful person and that he has made it this far in Idol shows he has something on the ball.
