I could go further into specific ideas I support, but I'll just leave it at that.

If Obama wins the nomination, then my vote will go to McCain. I greatly disagree with him on a great number of issues. But he has the experience to lead this country more so than Obama. I'm not one of the dissenters that thinks Obama is anti-American. I think that is just a conservative attempt at mudslinging. That said, I feel like Obama has some incredible ideas for this country but no clear plans as to how to move towards those ideas. Additionally, I find that he has some difficulty connecting to the average person. He's made several comments that have rubbed me the wrong way (the gun/hunting comment) and recently saying he refused to do a debate in NC because he already knew what Clinton was going to say. Even though I had made a decision to vote for Clinton, I could have been swayed by what he had to say in the debate.

I also don't think its fair to say there is nothing negative about John McCain. All of the candidates are human and have made mistakes. I can rattle off tons of policies he supports that I don't approve of.

At the end of the day, the presidency isn't about who is the most positive or negative. Its about which candidate can lead the country in the right direction. I have nothing but respect for 2 of the 3 candidates but one represents a vision of America that I want to see become reality.
That was a nice way to put it Heather. Great Post! If Hillary wins the nomination then I'll support her instead than McCain. (I say support because I'm not old enough to vote yet). I think it's pretty obvious that I'm a democrat. Either Clinton Or Obama winning is fine with me honestly but I just prefer Obama if I had to choose.
