One of Greta's friends, Brian (see his post above) sent a request and got a meet and greet pass before the concert. He said there were about 12-15 people there. Why Greta (who also called about a meet and greet) and I were ignored and he got a pass is not clear at all. What was clear was that I was treated very rudely by the F&H staff and totally ignored.

That's a shame. It's unfortunate that some people in positions of power have to behave in such a boorish manner.
