Kellie signs autographs after a lot of concerts, but not every concert, from what I understand. I've gotten two autographs from her.
I don't know if her
PR people say beforehand whether she will sign. But she likely will say so during the concert. Or if you go to her merchandise table after the show, that can be a good place to find out.
