A lot of the things she said made a lot of sense, but she didn't present her case very well. She tended to go for the cheap shot too much and I think that probably hurt her credibility.
But yes, she did help Kellie a lot. Kellie's singing I Wonder on the show was a great moment as was her receiving the gold record. That was really a sweet moment for sure.
