STATUS: CLOSED for at least a few weeks to work on new graphics and I'm super busy at this time!

Hey, hey, hey! Welcome back! I decided to start fresh with a new thread, with new examples! I'm Heidi, and this is my brand new requests thread! I had my other one closed down because I got a new program and wanted to learn it and make new stuff before opening up a new thread! Now the time has come to open that new thread! So, welcome! I hope you request from me soon! I am ONLY taking requests for Kellie Pickler at this time! I can take requests for the following:

Avatars
Blends (I can no longer make video blends!)
Blinkies
Sets

My rules are simple:
1) YOU NEED TO FILL OUT THE FORM I PROVIDE TO REQUEST!
2) PLEASE be specific on what you want and how you want it made.
3) Please post an example of what you want.
4) Don't rush me! At this time, I'm jobless and can complete most requests in a day or 2, but if I get busy, it'll take me up to a week to make something. If I don't get done in a week, please PM me to remind me.
5) THIS IS IMPORTANT! PLEASE CREDIT ME IF YOU'RE GOING TO USE SOMETHING! I WILL NOT TOLERATE STEALING, AND IF I CATCH SOMEONE STEALING FROM ME, YOU WILL BE PUNISHED!
6) If what I made doesn't satisfy you, please let me know so I can redo it!
7) Please use what I make you for at least 4 days!
8) Please let me know that you've picked up your request! If you don't pick up your request within 2 weeks, I will give it away!
9) PLEASE DON'T PM ME WITH YOUR REQUESTS! I will only tell you to post your request on here because it makes things easier for me and you if you post what you want to request here. However, I will PM you when I'm done, telling you your request is done!
10) YOU MUST BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER! I'd prefer to do a request for someone who I'm gonna see using my work because they're on here often. If you're not an active member and you request from me, I'll tell you to either keep posting until you're active enough for me, or I'll tell you to go somewhere else for a request. I want to see you using my work on here. My idea of being an active member is you having about 45 posts, or being on here often if you're a newbie.
11) Put this smilie: in your form somewhere so I know you read and understand my rules!
12) PLEASE don't request more than 2 things from me in the same week or at the same time! This only takes up more of my time, causing less time to spend on making stuff for the people who only request once a week.
13) I don't mind doing requests for different messageboards, but please, let me know where you're requesting for what you're requesting!
14) Post up to 4 pics for me to use, but make sure they're not low quality (HQ is preferred!) because I won't be able to work with them if they're low quality, because they look even worse once I've done something to them!
15) I will not find pics for you! If you request from me, it's up to you to show me what pics you want me to make a blend or avatar with!
