Yes met MNFAN1, and it was great to meet her. ( from cmt board)
together we headed off to see and meet kellie!
day started out gloomy and very wet! as it been raining for days here.
First Kellie sighting was the radio interview. She was funny and adorable as always!! sporting her white sunglasses, a hooded light green sweatshirt, jeans, and pink canvas shoes. I guess with all the mud she didn't want to get her 4inch heels stuck..lol.
at 6:30 we were to meet her tour manager at the west gate to meet Kellie!
I was first in line there, her tour manager asked me "whats ur name?" i said, " allison beck" he said " ok just making sure you're here"
finally the wait to backstage is over, we all walk back to a tent , where we had to wait a bit longer.. the wait wasn't that long, just seems like it when you are waiting to meet KELLIE!!
Finally she arives, to my amazement I had stopped shaking..lol
Walked up to her, with a gift bag, lol was full. But , you can't spoil kellie now can ya?.. naw... i knew she wouldn't of had time to see everything there. So i just took out the t-shirt i had made for her. Was a pink v-neck fitted tee, with pic of her and Dolly when they met. I handed it to her, she said for me? I said , you remember how you felt when you met Dolly?" she said, " yes" i said "thats how i feel, you're my Dolly" she said " awwwww" and hugged me. Then i asked if she remembered reading a letter sent to the Crook and Chase countdown? She said ya i think i know what ur talkin about. She said you in the car? then she said, You were driving home right? I said "yes" . she just got all excited and said to her tour manger, it's her, do u remember me telling you bout her driving home in the car and... she said again " it's her!" the she started crying and hugged me again,so we were standing there for while crying and hugging..
she said "i didn't know how to get a hold of you"
so she hugged me 2 times maybe 3 during our visit. she saw the shirt i had made for ME that on the front said,

" I Wonder"

I have 3 pics of us , on my camera. I did give her the gift bag, full of goodies. high heel candles, ceramic high heels, stuffed giraffe, poem in a frame.
her shirt, couple other small things.
Finally it was MNFAN1 's turn , she handed kellie a gift, i heard kellie say, " it's like christmas" she also got a couple pics as well. couple autographs.
I was glad to share meeting Kellie with another huge kellie fan. made it even more special.
well then it was time to head out, to the concert. Kellie was on first, came out in orange shirt, and her dark blue jeans. she sang 6 songs, with standing ovations. She was born to be on that stage, and she is doing exactly what she is supposed to be doin. She has it all, and i believe will be as big as Dolly and Reba one day. It takes something, someone very special as those lady's are irreplaceable in country music.Kellie, is as well irreplaceable, she has that certain something no one else has. and she will go far, in this buisness, we will be watching her for years to come.

she sang her first 5 songs off the album , plus 9 to 5..She really does an awesome job on that song.
" I wonder" she sat at end of stage on a red chair. she said " I 've been told alot of great stories while on tour."said something else couln't hear that well. then she went into the story,bout the woman who emailed the radio station , who turned around to fight for her kids.
then came the song, she was gettin a little teary before song, but did good durning , til the end. she really lost it. she had to pause before she could sing Tennessee. but the crowd came to there feat with a thunderous roar. And Kellie cried more. and thanked everyone. then came "RRH" the crowd all stood and sang for that one. it was fun, it was great, it was a dream come true. Well one of them..

Kellie left the stage, and it wasn't but, a few mins later i see, this short tiny girl, and big muscle guy walkin together, she was wearing, a blue windbreaker , a hat and jeans. i don' t know if Jordan was with her that night or not, I do not know if it was her 100% or not. but, i think maybe it could have been. I was up a little ways, so i couldn't see faces really at all. but, it seemed from what she was wearing and how the guy looked from the front and behind it maybe could have been them. BUT AGAIN , NOT 100% SURE.


and YES,kellie is as sweet, funny , charming, adorable, cute, and as precious in person. She's a treasure, I am glad I finally got to meet the person who touched , changed, and saved my life! And am happy she was just as excited to find out, and realize who i was. That made me feel great! She showed me PEOPLE REALLY DO CARE!
there could never, and will never be someone like Kellie again. These artists come along once in a life time. I am not trying to put her up on a pedestol. I know no one is perfect. But, meeting her just confirmed for me, she is real, she is genuine, she is, that " small town girl!"

I'm so glad you were able to meet Kellie. I was there, and I agree with you. She did an awesome job on her set. Her performance of "9 to 5" just blew me away. Before she sang "I Wonder," she said she was going to tell a story. Then she said her stories are never short, so now was the time for people to go to the bathroom if they needed to. She's so cute. Then when she said she almost forgot the words to the song because she was watching the ride over on her right. She's so genuine!

yes, 9-5 was great, I think Kellie should come out and sing with brad when he does the song, " when i get to where i'm goin " , she should sing Dolly's part! that would be soooo cool.
