I actually saw Elvis one time...from a distance. It was at the world's fair in Seattle. He was walking up a fire escape (to get away from his adoring fans apparently) and had a big teddy bear in his arms.

It was hard to tell what he looked like from a distance, but people said it was Elvis!

OH MAN THAT'S SO NEAT!! Was it during the filming of It Happened At The World's Fair? I think that's where it was filmed.

My dad MET Elvis when he was like,oh,10 years old. Really met him. His neighbor knew Elvis before he became famous and after he became famous he cam over to visit her and invited dad over. Elvis and Dad talked for awhile and Elvis gave him a Hound Dog/All Shook Up record with his name signed across the face. Dad said he was really nice and polite and that he had a great time. After Elvis left the house Dad told all the neighborhood and they were like,Why didn't you tell us? And he was like,Elvis told me to tell everyone that I wanted to,but only after he left because he was very busy and could only spare a few minutes.

That is so neat.
