I bet a lot of that comes from Canada and the rest is imported, idk. Well, I'm pretty sure my copy didn't count on Soundscan cause it was bought at a brazilian website. (cdpoint.com.br)
These columns are not headed. The 2nd column seems to be estimated by a foreigner. Click on "methods" - the guy implies he estimates ww sales. Sounds very dodgy to me. Some of these artists sell much less in the US compared with world-wide. That is not seen in the data.
