Check this out. According to the 'Live with Regis and Kelly' site. The shows airing from November 27 - 30th will be airing Live from Paradise Island in the Bahamas.

They are also offering 'Travel Packages' for viewers wanting to join them in the Bahamas. Looks like a new show to me.
